Kostoff has spent the last 17 years in the Las Vegas market and has held many highly regarded leadership positions including Senior Catering Manager at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and Assistant Director of Catering and Conference Services at Mandarin Oriental and Waldorf Astoria. Prior to relocating to Las Vegas, Kostoff worked in senior positions at top-tiered hotel properties in the U.S., among them The Westin St. Francis, The Beverly Hilton, The Westin, and Bonaventure.

Notable clients in Kostoff’s portfolio throughout the years have included, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Dell, Discover Card, Bank of America, RE/MAX, Google, and Art Basel with extensive experience working with VIP celebrity events and intimate high-end events.  In 2023 Kostoff lead a nine-city North American Roadshow with Lindblad Expeditions hosting events inside museums, private clubs, zoos, and historic buildings.

At the close of the day, Tom retreats to a Las Vegas neighborhood hacienda he shares with his domestic partner of thirty years and their three dogs.
