Glanzer spent 28 years with MGM Resorts International in leadership roles in hotel operations and convention & production services where he was successful in creating high performing teams and executing VIP events in a luxury environment.

Glanzer left Bellagio to accept a role with ConferenceDirect where he held a leadership position in multiple areas including the Vice President of Conference Management before leaving to create Elevated Meeting Solutions. Glanzer brought his vision of building an elevated service driven event management team together comprised of individuals with various skills, expertise, and mindsets to enhance every aspect of our client events. His vision to empower the team to perform at the highest level has driven results and made Elevated Meeting Solutions a top-level full-service Event Management company. 

Glanzer has a long tenure of involvement in the meetings and events community where he has been a CMP since 2000. He currently sits on the EIC CMP Governance Committee as Past Chair, is part of the SITE Mountain West Chapter Events Committee, and is active in the UNLV Hotel School Mentor program.

Glanzer resides in Las Vegas with his family and enjoys live music and adventurous travel.
