Eivazi moved from Iran to the United States in 2006 and instantly realized she had a passion for travel and the hospitality industry. This appreciation for hospitality would lead her to join one of the most iconic resorts in Las Vegas, Bellagio, where she held a Convention Services role from 2010 to 2015 and was awarded the distinct honor of “Bellagio Employee of the Month”. In 2015, Eivazi joined the MGM Grand team as Executive Meeting Manager where she exceeded sales goals the entire duration of her employment.

Eivazi strongly believes in giving back to the community to enrich and improve people’s lives. She opened the first chapter of Women of Global Change in Las Vegas and served as Vice President. Eivazi relocated to Los Angeles and opened the Elevated Meeting Solutions, Los Angeles office in 2020 where she manages several financial and tech clients and has a strong background in sourcing and event management execution.

With a passion and dedication to Wellness, Eivazi holds the Delos accreditation and played a lead role in the development of the Elevated Wellness platform, a 360-degree immersion of the senses integrated into existing and new meeting programs. Eivazi is a member of the BREATHE Initiative, supported by the Global Wellness Institute, and owns a wellness company focused on crafted tea blends and Somatic Breathwork.
