With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, Greene brings a unique perspective shaped by her work as a luxury hotel executive, entrepreneur, and hospitality advisor. She began her career in Las Vegas, leading resort operations, VIP services, and National Convention Sales for iconic properties including Bellagio, The Mirage, and Treasure Island before moving into destination sales with Experience Scottsdale.

In 2006, Greene took her hospitality experience in a new direction when she founded The Grove Cafe & Market in New Mexico. She grew the farm to table concept into a nationally recognized independent culinary brand known for its commitment to local and sustainable food. Greene later expanded into hospitality development and advisory, serving as an Owner’s Representative and Concept Developer for large mixed use projects and helping shape the design, brand, and guest experience for multiple food and beverage concepts.

Greene brings a true 360 degree perspective to the Elevated team. Her experience on the hotel side, as a business owner, and representing clients gives her a unique understanding of hospitality from every angle. She combines strong industry relationships, thoughtful strategy, and a deep understanding of the guest experience to help create programs that feel intentional, memorable, and true to each client.

Greene lives in Colorado with her husband, Chef Jason Greene, and their family. Outside of work, she enjoys great food and wine, time in the garden, and planning their next adventure.
