Based in Europe, his career has been built on thoughtful planning, strong partnerships, and a deep understanding of how meaningful experiences bring people together.

Most recently with Connections Luxury, Newlove played a key role in the delivery of high end events across Europe, Asia, North America, and the Middle East. Working closely with luxury travel agencies, global partners, and senior stakeholders, he ensured each program was executed seamlessly while creating meaningful engagement at every touchpoint. His international experience has shaped a strong attention to detail and cultural awareness, both essential in delivering exceptional event experiences.

Throughout his career, Newlove has held leadership roles across product development, business development, and account management. He is known for combining big picture thinking with a practical, solutions focused approach, allowing programs to be both impactful and successful. His experience working with a Middle Eastern royal family further strengthened his global perspective and deep network across the travel, hospitality, and events industries.

Outside of work, Newlove enjoys golfing throughout the UK and Europe and spending time at home with his wife and their dog.
