With 20 years of experience across corporate, agency, and destination management environments, Suazo brings a well rounded and operations driven approach to event execution. Having built her career from the ground up in the DMC world, she offers a true all in perspective with hands on experience across every phase of an event, from logistics and production to client strategy and team leadership.

Suazo is known for connecting strategy with execution, bringing structure, clarity, and smart processes to every program she supports. She has led large scale operations, built and developed high performing teams, and created systems that improve efficiency while elevating the overall event experience. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and building strong relationships that drive long term success.

Throughout her career, Suazo has worked across a wide range of programs and environments, giving her the ability to navigate complex event landscapes with confidence. Based in Las Vegas, she pairs deep destination knowledge with a calm, solutions oriented mindset, ensuring programs come together smoothly from start to finish.

Suazo has held her Certified Meeting Professional designation since 2014 and stays actively involved in industry organizations. She also holds a Women in Leadership certificate and an Event Data Analysis certificate through MPI, and has served in past board positions with LVHA and ILEA, reflecting her continued commitment to growth and the events community.

Outside of work, Suazo enjoys exploring new restaurants, staying on top of industry trends, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.
