Batz fell in love with the hospitality industry while working in multiple food and beverage capacities while earning her degree in Florida. After moving back to Las Vegas, Batz was a banquet captain at Hilton Grand Vacations while finishing her degree at UNLV and later held positions with the Consumer Technology Association, Las Vegas Convention Visitors Authority, and a prominent meeting planning company.  Batz joined MGM Resorts International as a sales coordinator and was quickly promoted to Executive Meetings Manager, selling small luxury groups at Delano Las Vegas and later leading large groups at both Delano and Mandalay Bay.

Batz joined Elevated Meeting Solutions in 2020 and has been leading clients in the incentive market as well as sports, education, and technology industries with her advanced exhibitor, sponsor, and event management experience and skilled contract negotiation expertise.

Batz has been honored by former Mayor Oscar Goodman with the “Hospitality Hero Award” for her dedication to the hospitality industry and she was a recipient of the “100 Club Award,” a program that rewards high performers in Sales Management and Leadership, in both 2018 and 2019.  She is currently a board member for the SITE Mountain West Chapter and serves as their Vice President of Young Leaders. Batz appreciates great reads, golf, and all things outdoors.
