Anthony began her career at the MGM Grand Resort and Casino in Las Vegas as a lead Wedding Planner where she booked, planned, and executed more than 100 weddings annually. She was quickly promoted to Catering and Convention Services Manager at the MGM Grand where she partnered and planned world-renowned events such as the ACM Awards, NHL Award Show, iHeart Radio Music Awards as well as hundreds of large corporate conventions.  In 2016, Anthony took on the role of Convention Services Manager at Mandalay Bay producing programs of 25 - 35,000 attendees.

In 2018, Anthony moved back home to Orlando to be closer to family and joined the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center as Senior Catering Manager and Concierge Manager. In 2020, Anthony opened the Elevated Meeting Solutions Orlando office. Her experience in the Leisure and International markets as well as the travel industry has successfully led many key accounts and she has vast experience in food & beverage and event management logistics. 

Anthony has a passion for traveling and a focused involvement in charitable organizations. She is continuously learning and developing her knowledge of the culinary field and has had extensive training in beer and wine protocols and etiquette, is a beer cicerone, and has led numerous mixology, bartending, and pairing events.
